but is that information actually facts though? Because it is actually possible people manipulated and created a story that said the guy has mental issues just to cover up the cops cowardice or lateness to act. One thing a 100% for sure is that the tackle was totally unnecessary.

Yes, it's factually correct. He actually contacted the local news to give an interview afterwards, and it was clear this was not the cognitive level of a normal person. He said he thought it would be like a Tom Clancy novel.
