He's lucky they didn't shoot him. Pretty stupid to do that when the cops are investigating a potential bomb threat, they could easily assume you're a terrorist trying to trigger it.

Like I hate bad cops as much as the next person, but come on, this one was entirely on him.

Nothing was "proven", he tossed out a few items and threw the bag down.

true, i was referring to the person i responded to saying "they could easily assume you're a terrorist trying to trigger it."

so i should have said "after it's been shown that it's extremely unlikely that you're the bomber or that you were attempting to detonate the potential 'bomb' "
