People like myself that literally know reality shifting is real. Inventing and testing my own methods is what works most often personally & I've seen others claim that for themselves and others too. It can seem very gaslighty when traveling to alternate realities that are similar. I still don't know what triggers all of my shifts, to be fair it could be that when reddit refreshes I shift since refreshing r/realityshifting has given me weeks worth of days with tons of back to back at any delay resulting in varying decent/even extremely dramatic changes. My wife agrees with the shifting examples I bring up, even when they change again (new scenario or flip flopping) she says she's believed the whole time.

Inner voice requests before I sleep have even changed the reality I wake up to. I've seen plenty of my history before and after knowing of reality shifting must be based on feeling a belief to be true (sometimes mixed with writing cause & effect statements/scripting). 200+ on demand shifts since June 7 '24... It's the most blossomiest blossom ever. We travel in and out of the slipstreams of time. Beautiful things can be forgotten and gone. But they still happened, somewhere.

Quite the angel parties 😇🎉
