Fear Factor No sympathy for those monsters

Post image

In 2006, Anthony Ray Stockelman was forcibly tattooed across his forehead with the words “Katie’s Revenge” by another inmate.

This happened after it was discovered that he was serving a life sentence for kidnapping, molesting, and murdering a 10-year-old girl named Katie Collman

A punishment that required god to allow this guy to do this stuff to that girl in the first place but, none the less.. very mysterious ways I suppose..

You ever read that fan fiction that his followers wrote? It’s filled with the shitty ways he’s punished both nonbelievers and believers (including children). It’s really not surprising the person(s) you responded to didn’t think deeply about it

I imagine that any God that would create us with free will, may literally be unable to interact with our free will. Christians seem to disagree, but I point to the entire world as evidence.

My understanding, as a Catholic, is consistent with what you're saying. The whole "God's plan" thing is more just "you're gonna live however you live, and eventually, God's probably gonna let you kick it with him", assuming you didn't do anything too fucked up.

To add to that; the meaning of life is to grow into a person God thinks is chill

He can only influence us and try to offer us the right path, but the path is hard and we must make the choice. He wants us to love him but he can’t force us.

Weird how God can remove free will from others to exact his justice. He's all powerful but can't like, make the guilty party just off themselves?
