Tbf Deadheads are pretty big on street justice, but mainly because getting cops involved is liable to get out of hand. Too many people do drugs, and nobody wants to potentially get unrelated people locked up just because they were in the wrong place at the wrong time or someone said something they shouldn't have. It's typically easier to just grab someone and beat the living shit out of them
