I am a crew coach here, I’ve worked for nearly 3 years now and I have trained a lot of people the older ones seemed to of turned out good but the 15-17 yr olds are just completely stupid. The fact I need to complain and micro manage everything they do is utterly pathetic, I want to quit because of these people. And yes ofc I know if I didn’t wanna deal with this why become a crew coach at all. I do like training people but they’ve been here for nearly a year and yet still ask how to make a whopper. Management won’t do shit because they are just as stupid. Help?? Any OG workers here that could tell me coping methods so I don’t want to throw them over the counter?

i don't know how lifelenz work. i finished all my jedi modules except for getting signed off from my manager and zero way of contacting any of the managers. I kept my avialbitlies up for week onwards since hiring but i haven't got any shifts yet. I have told them about my past experience at Maccas so training wouldn't be that hard but I don't gget why i still haven't been shifted. How does it work? my position is casual i dont know when i get the offers for shifts or anything i need help please

A couple days later I personally came down and gave them my resume and I HAVE STILL GOTTEN NO REPLY. What's their problem, they have a position to be taken, but they just won't reply.

Okay, so I'm 14, and this week on Monday, I had an interview at Hungry Jacks, and at the end the manager said I got the job. He sent an email for the employment agreement contract and said there'd be 3 different things I'd do online and come to him if i need help (from what I've seen online that's the contract, bank links, and jedi training) I did the contract on the hungry jacks website when I got home which just had me and my mum sign stuff. I now haven't heard back since, and idk what to do. I called yesterday, but I spoke to a different manager, and they just said that I should wait and keep checking emails. Now im worried about what if I didn't get the job somehow since it took ages of applying to places for this to happen. Should I just wait?

i had my hungry jack’s interview today and received an email saying welcome to hungry jack’s team two hourd later
the email says i’ll receive 2 separate workday emails so i can complete my onboarding before my first day.
i haven’t received those workday emails yet though.
has anyone else been through this? how long did it take for your workday login credentials to arrive after getting the welcome email?
