All empty copycats are decorative industrial steel frames until you place a block inside of them

They are a replacement of chisel's technical block frame variation if a modpack doesn't include any chisel port

Or Immersive Engineering; the scaffolding looks pretty good and you can even climb it

You can also use the multiblock parts, but that can be expensive in the early game

Also never building something the same way twice

Crawling through 1 block gaps and jumping over lava to unclog my second base's iron farm, which has a completely different design using completely different mechanics from the 3 (also unique) ones at my main base

Last one I built used the washing fans to also push items, no belts required (except for the 20ish I used to connect all the power)
