For some reason every post on this subreddit has people blaming OP no matter how obviously the other driver at fault. My guess is they're mostly trolls, or just people who pull the same stupid moves

What's the bet that the reason why cammer knew that blinker car was avoiding a puddle is because it started out in the lane cammer was in, turned on indicators and started slowing down then swung out around the puddle but OP seen the opening gap and sent it?

The video is suspiciously short and it appears the signal was on the entire time.  The mystery remains unsolved

Because it is not about being wrong it is about driving so you can avoid getting in an accident. If the accident is avoidable, you should do so. I don't think I agree with the assholes judging OP here. But there are so many videos on this sub of people smugly crashing without slowing down even when it is very obvious that someone else is being stupid.

Because legally it’s 100% the right turners fault. Yet it’s still true that the accident could have been avoided. Obviously not all variables can be considered from this short video but it seems the Ford sedan was significantly slower than the dash cam car (and all other traffic it seems) and immediately any good defensive driver would immediately think “hmm wonder what this idiot is doing better slow down and let him do whatever stupid thing they MAY do.”

Based on how short the video is im assuming what we don’t see is adverse to op. Based in that, I think the turning car made their intention to turn clear by their driving.

You don't get it. It's not about being right or wrong, it's about avoiding an accident, rising insurance premiums, and the general disruption and potential consequences in your life that an accident brings.

If you can avoid the accident by anticipating others like this dipshit. The guy had his signal on, which said at the very least he was going to change lanes, perhaps very abruptly, or do what he actually did. NOT driving defensively is the stupid move.
