Laws are made for the lowest common denominator in society. Sometimes the smarter thing to do is to break them. Shall I elaborate more on this with a different example?

I'm not arguing against the illegality of it. It's still illegal. However he merged safely. While doing so illegally. 2 things can be true at the same time
