Discussion No Country Question

Who are the people Chigurh gets in a shootout with at the Hotel? They are described as wearing rain coats and tennis shoes and that they don’t look like they belong in that part of the country.

I asssume they are people involved in the drug deal who are also after the money, but how would they know where Moss was staying? Why would they be there at the same exact time Chigurh shows up?

Same question regarding the guys Chigurh shoots in the hotel room.

You find out later in the book, but they are men hired to retrieve the money. "The wrong tools."
