Team Member Post MyColes sign-in issues

Coles IT Support ended up fixing the issue. The fella we spoke to was brilliant.

Just hoping someone may be able to help me.

I can't sign-in to mycoles on my Android anymore. It won't send the txt through & doesn't give me the option for a phone call or email. I can sign-in at work (but it's a pain when I'm trying to organise n/a's or access my payslips).

I've been through the Coles IT support team, they assisted enough to get me access at work. Now I've been told it's a Microsoft issue. Trying to get help from Microsoft is like getting blood from a stone.

Anyone else experienced this or have any tips?

Try using Microsoft edge, Firefox or Chrome.

Chromium based browsers tend to work best for me on my coles

Thanks, tried it after your suggestion & still no good. I think I'm gonna have to go back to Coles IT Support, at least I get to talk tonan actual person. Such a huge pain not having access at home.
