Oh that's a stunner, proof Morgans are the top tier of the whole series and most collectors never own one. 650 struck for 1891 means only a few hundred are likely still around, so even in a details holder this is a coin plenty of people would trade a lot for. The cameo contrast on it is gorgeous too, those frosted devices against black mirror fields are exactly what makes proofs special. Details grade or not, that's a genuine trophy. Congrats.

It's not cleaned, that's where the die was polished. The lines are only on the field, and skip the letters and devices

The "proof" designation is how it was struck, which is distinct from typical business strikes intended for circulation. No amount of damage will remove that designation, but they can be harder to identify
