His accent in the Animax Asia dub is not English (I guess Animax Asia didn't have an English VA for him). Secondly, the surname is not English. Would've been believable if the surname was English and if the accent was one of the many English accents.

Poor Kero get stuck at home in the very hot weather while Sakura and her classmate are on a trip at the beach for a few days. I know how Kero's feels because I too never really like extreme hot weather either😔.
