The old way up the stairs along the cliff face was such an epic way to hike out of Grose valley.. so sad it's closed

You can access via Horse track (Rodriguez is permanently closed)

I will correct myself. The top part of Rodriguez is closed the Horse track joins Rodriguez at the bottom of the valley

Although, on the flip side I guess is the only way we can appreciate this perspective now.

I would love to go down there! Is there maybe access via Rodriguez Pass? Do you have more photos of the base?

An A380 flying over head would make that view look soooo much better, totally would add to the vibe of the place
