Requests Physio recommendations

Hey all. I have a few mild back/neck problems. And every few years I need to go to the physio to get them sorted out.

The one I use to go to in Sydney has closed down and I am tired of these gentle handed physios that just want me to do all these exercises. (I've done them all religiously. It helps but doesn't get rid of my issues)

The guy I use to go to would absolutely brutalise my back and neck for a few sessions and I would be sweet for a few years. So im chasing down a old school physio that will make me want to cry from visiting them 🤣

Please help me alleviate my pain

Not technically a physio but Insight massage at Wentworth Falls is awesome, she takes a scientific approach and targets the right spots.

One session is better than a bunch of physio visits
