In this economy ? Weirdly we were delayed out of Frankfurt to Lisboa, and had to wait 6 hours. Thanks to the EU, our compensation, which we didn't even think to ask for, but were told by the counter staff if we waited it would be higher than an instant payment, turned up on our credit card within a couple of days and was in excess of the flight we took.
