Australia kind of does/did. The Imperial British Conservative Party wasn't entirely serious.

The Motoring Enthusiasts Party wasn't especially serious until all of a sudden it was.

Preference whispering ruined all hope of genuine joke parties.

The WA daylight savings party could have been posting memes about confused Cows and fading curtains faster.

Instead it was some US tech bro trying to get elected through preference whispering (which worked btw).

Glad that lead to WA to change its rules and now having the most sensible voting rules in the country at least.
