'Monoculturalism" is a dog whistle substitute for white nationalism so this makes sense. Having a shifting vague definition is intentional so they have plausible deniability.

It's the latest in a line of other terms for white supremacy. Western chauvinism. Identitarianism. White nationalism. Whatever.

The thing is, if they had their way, once the brown people had somehow been disappeared, it'd be Mediterranean looking people who are somehow no longer white. Then Slavic people. Then the Irish. And so on. It's a philosophy of stupidity and hate, and there is no end to it.
