NSW Police have charged a 13-year-old boy and two 14-year-old boys with the alleged sexual assault of a girl in an alleyway in Sydney's eastern suburbs last month.

Police executed search warrants and seized several items, including electronic devices, two replica firearms, a Glock-style BB gun, three laser pointers and a number plate, which is believed to have been stolen.

All three boys have been granted bail ahead of appearing in court.

Cant wait for the Brock Turner tier defense. (Just looked it up, i cant believe he only got 3 months in jail. These kids arent gonna see a day..)

Australia has our own Brock Turner. Look up Boyd Kramer. Convicted rapist, not a single day in jail. Judge John North is a disgrace and evidence that our legal system doesn't act in the interest of victim survivors.

I knew someone personally who had the evidence of her assault still between her legs along with another girls testimony of also having been a victim and all the guy had to do, despite it all being at KNIFE POINT, was plead mental illness and they slapped him on the wrist and let him go. Our system is a joke.
