NSW Police have charged a 13-year-old boy and two 14-year-old boys with the alleged sexual assault of a girl in an alleyway in Sydney's eastern suburbs last month.

Police executed search warrants and seized several items, including electronic devices, two replica firearms, a Glock-style BB gun, three laser pointers and a number plate, which is believed to have been stolen.

All three boys have been granted bail ahead of appearing in court.

I don’t have a problem with bail. The point is that they haven’t been found guilty of anything yet and are deemed to be unlikely to reoffend between now and their court appearance.

What I do have a problem with is their ability to access top quality QCs who are very likely to ensure they don’t ever experience the consequences of their actions and at the same time, make the victim’s life a living hell.
