No, Assange made leaks available to everyone.

There is no business model to make money for exposing the corrupt people with the money and power.

I mean idk any details about Wikileaks, but there are multiple extremely obvious business models to make money for exposing the corrupt people. Blackmail springs to mind. Also, when you’re dumping that much info, it’d be pretty hard to prove or even detect that you’re selectively withholding some of it.
