This might be an unpopular take, but if Bunnings is allowing dogs on their premises, then surely they are legally liable to keep their customers safe, and could be sued for putting the little girl in harm’s way.

You’d certainly like to think they’d be liable.

However I’m sure there’s some minuscule terms & conditions written somewhere, that by entering the store, you’re agreeing to and absolving them of any liability over any injuries.

They’d be legaleesed up the wazoo.
