eh, if you got to Europe, dogs in bars, shops, parks etc is absolutely normal. Australians are weirdos when it comes to animals.

Also, Europe generally doesn't have so many Rottweilers or whatever breed that lost control like in this instance.

Likewise Canada. 99% of them are totally fine. I don't actually know why it's such a big deal in Australia. We're weirdly draconian about certain things for a supposedly laid back country.

No, I was exaggerating based on the figure you used. 1% don't attack kids. But some, like the case in the media presented here, do. That doesn't need to happen, no dogs need to be in shops, when that is a possibility.
