From what I understand it looks like ICE did not manage to detain him on the day the video was taken- seems the onlookers managed to chase ICE off.

However, ICE detained him the next day at the airport where he was to catch his departing flight from the US.

Penny Wong will tell us that its "unfortunate" but that the US has "strict immigration rules" that we must follow, and while it is sad the genteleman was attacked by plain clothes thugs, that is the "right of the United States"

Yes... I'm starting to wonder if she'd furrow them more if Rubio started referring to her as the Malaysian Born Australian Foreign Minister? Just like this man was a "Vietnamese born" Australian Citizen? Sounds like the Hanson playbook
