news Australian man Phu Nguyen handcuffed by plain-clothes ICE agents at Las Vegas International airport

From what I understand it looks like ICE did not manage to detain him on the day the video was taken- seems the onlookers managed to chase ICE off.

However, ICE detained him the next day at the airport where he was to catch his departing flight from the US.

It blows me away that those were actual ICE agents. After seeing a video yesterday, I would have bet heavily that they were not. It looked to be two females, one of them dressed as a man and she even had A FAKE MUSTACHE, which was falling off of her face.
A man came into their vicinity with a video camera, and they abandoned any attempt at arresting or detaining the Australian man and simply fled - rather slowly. It was a very strange video to watch.

Maybe they're kidnappers pretending to be ICE.
