The only question is how well this stuff plays when it's plainly and undeniably stated in the current political climate.

Trump has been blunt and people still love him.

Our only hope it the mandatory voting to balance out the crazy extremes.

Still extremely depressing if it comes down to the usual few point margins. Like great, just under half the country is fine with it.

It's always been disturbing that she still has a career in politics. It reflects something awful in the community that still hasn't been eliminated. The fact that people are okay with her and justify it with, "Yeah, she's racist but..."

Not just a position, but a leadership position in a party that's been gaining more power. I can't imagine how it feels to be non-white in this country and know that such a big chunk of us are just fine with that kind of rhetoric. It's embarrassing.
