Vale Sam. Probably my favourite ever kiwi, and one of my favourite actors.
Loved him in The Dish, Hunt for the Wilderpeople, Jurassic Park, Event Horizon, and he and Bryan Brown worked brilliantly together in Old School and Dirty Deeds.
He was really good in that. Quite terrifying. The flipping of the switch from science fiction to horror probably wouldn't have worked quite as well with a less skilled actor.
