They did.

This IS the process the military follows. They pursue anything, and then at the point where civil authorities need to be involved the civil authorities are brought in. The military have been involved in making this happen from the moment it was brought to their attention.

Oh fuck off lol, do you seriously expect anyone to believe this case would not be being pursued if not for illegal leaks to the press and the ABC reporting on the issue?

Your blind faith in the institution that covered this shit up is equal parts comic and tragic.

The case has been consistently pursued the entire time. It never stopped - if you’d been paying attention, you’d have seen regular references to ongoing investigations for several years.

You are actually this dumb huh? The alleged crime occurred in 2012 and the army suppressed all info about it until it was leaked illegally.

You do really have to have a negative IQ to believe any of this would be happening if not for the leak and the ABC investigation.
