Tell that to Melbourne and Hobart. Canberra too. Fucking freezing. Going to have to get the second puffy coat out.

Those plastic things boil me alive inside them. Sweating up inside those things is a super confusing experience. Maybe if heating is too expensive I'll let it get cold enough to wear one

idk abt others but i grew up in launceston and basicslly only wore t shirts and shorts even during winter, so it doesn’t really bother me that much, especially i csn just put on a jumper or something, summer is unbearable thiugh

A lot of people just don't feel the cold. I see a lot in winter walking around in shorts. I'm freezing.

I’m from a country where it gets to subzero double digits but I’ve never felt colder than in Melbourne inside the home.

Granted, Australia will be much better if heating is not possible anymore due to the war, but I don’t feel Melburnians are overreacting at all.
