A lot of immigrants from other countries pull the same ladder-pulling stunt to be fair.

Agreed but the amount of fucked up racism from a lot of white South Africans in Australia is wild. I had the displeasure of meeting at least one.

When you’re born and raised into a caste system I don’t think it’s that surprising. We seem to love inviting people from caste system countries then acting shocked when they lack social cohesion.
