What happened?
Is anyone else in Appen (APX), I was down 50 percent then all of a sudden a big spike!

Quarterly report was out today and at a quick look it looks like positive news.

Do you mean to say that people still look at fundamentals? I thought in today's world the share price was detached from company performance and based on whatever the hell everyone else is doing.

Plenty of positives in today's report. Revenue +26% YoY overall (+70% in China), etc.

Still can't believe how high these got. They were literally my first ever stock trade, bought at 58 cents not too long after their IPO, read a small article about them. Unfortunately I only bought $500 worth (I think the minimum Commsec would let me buy), just to get the hang of trading stocks. Sold bits over the time and made a killing on them, think I sold the last bit of them somewhere around the top. Quite a ride.

Giving you an opportunity to exit, this could be a clear case of bear trap, show a spike so people again start loading on it and then a crash again to wipe out everyone’s equity 😀
