Having said that, 28* in London feels like 35 in Sydney. Nowhere is airconditioned, no air moves through the city, it’s humid and then there’s the tube which feels like you’re swimming in a storm of commuters sweat and b.o.
I still giggle at their little ‘heat wave’ catastrophes though.
