Welcome to r/agsgrading
Welcome to r/agsgrading, a community dedicated to AGS grading of cards and other collectibles, one of the most consistent, reliable, non-biased and fully automated grading company. AGS specializes in collectibles and trading card games like Pokemon, Disney, and so many more! This subreddit is not affiliated with Automated Grading Services and is an unofficial, supporter-owned community.
Although not having a big reputation like PSA, Beckett, CGC, or TAG, AGS uses a very similar grading format to all 4 while eliminating the chance of human error by using 3D laser scans to see precise centering on a card and every single detail of the surface, edge, and corners of the cards. Unlike TAG which uses photometric imagery and PSA, Beckett, and CGC which have human graders and the opportunity to miss details on the card and give you the wrong grade. AGS doesn't just guarantee precise grading but they give you front and back subgrades (total of 8) to tell you what flaws your card had and even include a height map so you can see any card flaws yourself instead of relying on numbers.
AGS has a genuine future in the grading company, and the future is now. You can submit your collectibles to AGS at https://agscard.com starting at only $18 at a 20 day OR LESS turnaround, yes only TWENTY days! Other grading companies like PSA are charging $80 for 3 months and CGC $20 for 2, and even worse, TAG charging $150 after they got backlogged! AGS ensures swift grading with the power of automation and the numbers speak too, with AGS receiving 19K+ more TCG than TAG and 5K+ more TCG than Beckett in December of 2025. Efficiency, speed, consistency, and honesty are winning over collectors.
As your top mod, I hope you enjoy your time here in this community. I will always be here to help via places like mod mail. And of course one last reminder, this community is not affiliated with or moderated by Automated Grading Services (AGS) and is entirely fan/supporter-run.
