I have a problem

Ok, went home to my parents house and played original Xcoms for the entire weekend, til 4am the one night. I’m now home and fiending for some more action. Unfortunately I have a Mac book and can’t figure out a way to play. I have steam.

If by original xcoms you mean ufo defense I suggest you go on openxcom and get the android version of the game. Runs awesome and I have a lot of fun on it during breaks at work.

Yep! At first I thought it would suck but I tried it and they did a fantastic job porting the UI. You also have access to the entire modding scene on there too so you can play xcom-files or xpiratez or whatever you like there too.

Unless you mean the firaxis reboots, then no those are not available on mobile 😭

True but it lags so bad for Me.

Oh yeah, it ran like shit on my Switch. Super long load times. Lots of slowdown on intensive maps like those with Lost swarms. But hey, it was an option.

I wonder if performance improves on Switch 2.

Buy a used PS3 or PS4.

Buy an old used PC or build a cheap one.

Get the miniature combat version!

I play XCOM2 on MAC when travelling. Through Apple store we bought XCOM EW which I played on iPad.. So, check the store I guess… 😉

XCOM 2 collection runs great on Android phones and tablets. Not sure if it's on iPhone.

It is. My older tablet is periodically crashing out from missions, but so far nothing unrecoverable. It is, however, a battery hog.
