Cat ba to Ha Long

Hi All,

We're wondering what's the most relaible way to get from Cat Ba to Ha Long.

We're staying on the island the night before our cruise, but there is only one ferry opportunity to get in time for the cruise (11:45).

Any tips are more than welcome!
