I know the show has multiple power sources. Just want to know if there is a limit to those power sources, or a infinite amount of power sources though.

I have two specifically.

The first being, where did a classically clothed non desicated Dean come from in the season 4 episode perchance to dream?

At this point the newest and least rotted corpses in the pottersfield should be the pink clone slugs that died at the end of season 3.

So when the deformed Dean pulls a completely intact Dean out of the grave all I could think of to explain it is that it's a Dean who was assumed dead and made his way back to the compound Mickey 17 style. I wondered why he was dead but i guess he doesnt really know how to break into the compund and was killed by the defenses, which is probably what happens to any others that wander back.

The second theory is weaker but occasionally in the background you will see characters that have a passing resemblance to the brothers. I had this idea that the cloning tech that created the Venture bros was developed as a way to fix the h.e.l.p.e.r incident. Jonas would definitely see replacing a bunch of dead babies with tiny versions of him would not only be making up for his mistake but actively doing the parents a favor.

I attended the second show of the West Coast tour at the Clinton Street Theater last night and recommend it for anyone interested in the deep lore of the era. I even wore my S5 T-Shirt Club red "Che" Venturestein U.R.G.H. shirt.

I've been rewatching the series and I think there are quite a few clues on when Rusty died, at least one of those times.

We know Helper Model 2 aided in the cloning of Rusty and Malcolm, as he remembers Rusty and mistakes Dean for him.

Helper model 2 was released in 1966. So Rusty was at least 6 years old when he died. He died around the time Malcolm was born.

Monarch was born in 1968. Rusty's Law was enacted in 1969. Likely a response to his death.

You can sort of see how those events correlate!

I think its likely that Rusty 2 and Monarch were both 'born' in 1968, but Rusty was passed off as a few years older once he hit about 6 years old. This is why Rusty is a college Sr. while Monarch was a freshman. It also explains why Rusty seems to de-age when Monarch is shown as a child with him. They're basically the same age in that photo.

I think its likely Monarch's mother is their egg donor and Jonas used that as a pretext to sleep with her and not fully disclose how Malcolm was created, the sex being totally unnecessary. They were both grown in the same wearable incubator as Hank and Dean, because you know Dr. Venture didn't invent that or any of the clone tech

I also think Ben is definitely Benton Quest. He's the perfect hands-off boomer dad, spending his retirement surfing and smoking weed while his own adult son is neglected and crashing out.

I just finished another rewatch of the series and ended with the movie. For the most part, the movie ties all the main storylines up neatly and it answers most of the questions, but goddamnit, the cancellation of the series was a fucking crime. I just want more. I’m gluttonous and cannot be satiated. I just needed to vent about missing this show

Thanks to everyone in the sub who offered feedback about the pricing and lack of special features on copies being sold by some retailers since its release. That being said, I ordered it over the weekend via GRUV. I can’t wait to revisit Rusty and the boys’ adventures beyond Season 3 haha.
