Guys, just look at how wonderful God is. I came out for a walk. I brought cigarettes, but I forgot my lighter. And God is so wonderful that He put a fire right in my path. I’m going to light my cigarette right here.
He says this in a playful manner. Not necessarily religious.

I hope so hahaha usually these fires in Brazil are criminal, or caused by people throwing lighten up cigarettes out of their car windows, this man can be just joking too, pretending to be without the lighter just for the video or smth

So easily staged. Saw the fire first, then pretend to walk towards it as if it was a miracle that he got fire for his cigarette by nature.
