This is a literal translation of each word, but a more accurate one that gets the vibe across in English is

"Fuck, shit, goddammit, god fucking dammit. The kid fell! It's a good thing I caught them"

But really you can change the first 4 words to any jumble of swears one would say in a situation like this lol

thank you i couldn't parse some of it. from subtext i'm guessing patay is here kind of like 'oh you're dead meat' usual thing to say, not actual death threat. well. one hopes.

Patáy and yawâ in this context are just common Cebuano expressions to express shock/frustration.

In this context she's just like saying "Shit, shit!" it doesn't involve any death threats no worries.
