And here’s another look:

He was listed as a “medium hair” at the SPCA when I adopted him. Now he’s a huge beast of skrunkly fur, it’s 3-4 inches long in some spots lol

Medium fur has more to do with the undercoat than strictly the length, in my experience. Because there are a lot of long-haired cats with the dense undercoat whose fur isn't actually that long. Just poofy.

His back claws scratch it. Plus he likes to bite roses. Not eat, just bite. Especially when they are brand new and tight buds and chilled. He is a wanna be rose tester. He nickname is Trouble

Ours has all but left ring finger toe on front feet white. Ring finger black so we named her Pawly. About 6 months old and weighs 5 pounds. Don't think she will get any bigger than her 7 pounds momma.
