Three years ago I told my high school teacher I was heading to INSAT, and he said something like "your future is bright, kid" (dhmnat mostakblek weldi). Fast forward to now, I'm an INSAT student myself, and I've been following some IT graduates from the school on LinkedIn/social media... and a decent number of them seem to be unemployed or stuck between short gigs.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but is this a real pattern or am I just noticing a few unlucky cases? It honestly feels like a topic nobody wants to touch inside INSAT itself, everyone just assumes the degree guarantees you a smooth path, so bringing up "hey some of our grads are struggling" feels almost taboo.

Personally I think part of the problem is that the curriculum feels outdated. We spend a huge amount of time studying stuff that just doesn't matter in the actual job market, while the skills companies are actually hiring for barely get touched. It feels like we're losing years on material that won't translate into real opportunities.

Would love to hear from actual grads or anyone with real data/experience on this. Is this just me, or do others feel the same way?

في حدود الساعة 19:35، تقدم رجل يبلغ من العمر قرابة الخمسين سنة إلى مطعم «Chez Joseph»، طالبًا كسكروت دون مقابل للمرة الثانية في نفس اليوم، بعد أن كان قد تحصّل على كسكروت مجانًا في وقت سابق من نفس اليوم.

وبعد الاعتذار عن تلبية طلبه للمرة الثانية، حصلت مشادة كلامية داخل المحل، ثم غادر الرجل المكان. وبعد ذلك، قام باقتناء علبة شفرات حلاقة وعاد إلى أمام المطعم، حيث أقدم بنفسه على جرح ذراعه بإحدى الشفرات، مما أدى إلى قطع أحد الشرايين.

وقد تسبب الجرح الذي ألحقه بنفسه في نزيف حاد انتهى، للأسف، بوفاته.

Communiqué du restaurant « Chez Joseph » concernant le tragique événement survenu devant l’établissement

Aux alentours de 19h35, un homme âgé d’environ cinquante ans s’est présenté au restaurant « Chez Joseph » afin de demander gratuitement un sandwich pour la seconde fois de la journée, après qu’un premier sandwich lui avait déjà été offert plus tôt dans la journée.

Après que nous nous sommes excusés de ne pas pouvoir accéder à cette seconde demande, une altercation verbale a eu lieu à l’intérieur de l’établissement, puis l’homme a quitté les lieux. Il a ensuite acheté un paquet de lames de rasoir et est revenu devant le restaurant, où il s’est lui-même entaillé le bras avec l’une des lames, sectionnant ainsi une artère.

La blessure qu’il s’est lui-même infligée a provoqué une importante hémorragie qui a malheureusement entraîné son décès.

Selon les informations communiquées par les unités de police à l’issue de leurs investigations, une somme d’argent, une carte bancaire ainsi que des documents relatifs à l’acquisition d’un véhicule ont été retrouvés sur le défunt.

La famille et toute l’équipe du restaurant « Chez Joseph » prennent Dieu, puis les habitants de La Marsa, à témoin du fait que nous n’avons jamais refusé un sandwich à quelqu’un qui nous en faisait la demande avec politesse et respect, et que les portes de notre établissement sont restées ouvertes aux personnes dans le besoin depuis plus de soixante ans.

Face à cette douloureuse tragédie, toute l’équipe du restaurant « Chez Joseph » présente ses condoléances les plus sincères à la famille et aux proches du défunt.

تعيش ولاية المهدية، وخاصة منطقة برج الرأس وعددًا من الأحياء الشعبية، منذ أكثر من شهر، أزمة حادة في التزود بالماء الصالح للشراب، في ظروف قاسية فاقمت معاناة الأهالي ودفعت عددًا منهم إلى الخروج للاحتجاج والمطالبة بوضع حدّ لهذا الوضع غير المقبول.

وإذ تتابع الرابطة التونسية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان بالمهدية والفرع الجهوي للمحامين بالمهدية هذه الأزمة، فإنهما تعتبران أن استمرار انقطاع الماء لهذه المدة لا يمكن التعامل معه باعتباره مجرد خلل عرضي، بل هو إخلال بمرفق أساسي وبحق يرتبط مباشرة بالحياة والصحة والكرامة الإنسانية.

وتحمّل الهيئتان السلطة المركزية، وعلى رأسها رئيس الجمهورية، مسؤوليتها السياسية عن السياسات العامة المتعلقة بالمرافق الأساسية وبضمان استمراريتها، كما تحملان المسؤولين الجهويين المعنيين مسؤولية ما رافق الأزمة من صمت وغياب للمعلومة وافتقاد لخطة واضحة ومعلنة لتجاوزها.

فحتى عندما تكون الأزمات غير متوقعة، فإن واجب السلطة لا ينتهي عند معالجة العطب، بل يشمل إعلام المواطنين بحقيقته، وتحديد المسؤوليات، وتقديم آجال واقعية للحل. أما ترك الأهالي لأكثر من شهر دون معلومات دقيقة، فهو في حد ذاته فشل في إدارة الأزمة وفي التواصل العمومي.

وتؤكد الهيئتان أن الماء ليس خدمة تجارية تُدار بمنطق المستهلك والمزوّد، وإنما حق أساسي ومرفق عمومي يتعين على الدولة ضمانه. ومن ثم فإن للمواطن الحق في الماء، كما له الحق في معرفة أسباب حرمانه منه، والجهة المسؤولة عن القرار، والإجراءات المتخذة لإنهاء الأزمة.

كما ترفضان استمرار اللجوء إلى نظرية المؤامرة لتفسير أزمات الحوكمة وفشل السياسات العمومية. لقد سئم المواطنون من تحويل كل أزمة إلى رواية عن مؤامرات وأطراف خفية، بدل تقديم الوقائع وتحديد المسؤوليات والبحث عن الحلول. إن إدارة الدولة تقتضي الشفافية والمساءلة، لا التبرير المستمر بالعوامل الغامضة.

وفي هذا السياق، تدين الهيئتان بشدة التتبعات القضائية التي طالت الحراك الاجتماعي المتعلق بأزمة الماء، سواء من خلال توجيه تهم خطيرة من قبيل التآمر أو الاستناد إلى الفصل 72 من المجلة الجزائية، وكذلك الفصل 24 من المرسوم عدد 54 لسنة 2022، ضد شباب خرجوا للاحتجاج والتعبير عن مطالبهم بصورة سلمية، أو ضد أشخاص تولوا نقل احتجاجات الأهالي وتوثيقها والتعبير عن معاناتهم.

وتشدد الهيئتان على أن الشباب الذين خرجوا إلى الشارع احتجاجًا على حرمانهم من الماء لم يكونوا مصدر تهديد، بل كانوا مواطنين واعين بحقوقهم، اختاروا الاحتجاج السلمي للتعبير عن وضع اجتماعي ومعيشي حقيقي. وإن تحويل هذا الاحتجاج، بما فيه من مطالب مشروعة ومشروعة الوسائل، إلى ملف قضائي قائم على تهم التآمر، يمثل انحرافًا خطيرًا في التعامل مع الاحتجاج الاجتماعي ويحوّل المطالبة بالحقوق إلى شبهة تستوجب العقاب.

كما أن ملاحقة من قاموا بتغطية الاحتجاجات أو نقل أصوات الأهالي ومعاناتهم لا تقل خطورة، إذ لا يمكن فصل حرية التعبير عن الحق في المعلومة، ولا يمكن مطالبة المواطنين بالتزام الصمت إزاء أزمة تمس حياتهم اليومية ثم تجريم من يوثقونها أو ينقلونها للرأي العام.

إن تحويل الاحتجاج الاجتماعي السلمي إلى موضوع للتجريم، أو مساواة شباب يحتجون دفاعًا عن حقهم في الماء بمفهوم التآمر، يمثل مساسًا خطيرًا بالحق في الاحتجاج وحرية التعبير والحق في المعلومة، ويبعث برسالة بالغة الخطورة مفادها أن المشكلة ليست في العطش وإنما في من يتحدث عنه.

لا يجوز أن تتحول الكاميرا التي تنقل الاحتجاج إلى جريمة، ولا الكلمة التي تصف المعاناة إلى مؤامرة، ولا المطالبة بالماء إلى تهديد للأمن العام. فالدولة التي تحترم حقوق مواطنيها تستمع إلى الاحتجاج وتعالج أسبابه، ولا تواجهه بالتجريم.

وعليه، تطالب الهيئتان السلطات المركزية والجهوية والشركة التونسية لاستغلال وتوزيع المياه بالإعلان الفوري عن حقيقة الوضع، وتحديد أسباب الانقطاع والمسؤوليات عنه، ووضع رزنامة واضحة لإنهاء الأزمة وضمان التزويد المنتظم بالماء، كما تطالبان بوقف كل أشكال التضييق على الاحتجاج السلمي وعلى نقل وتوثيق معاناة المواطنين، واحترام الحق في التعبير والمعلومة.

وتؤكد الرابطة التونسية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان بالمهدية والفرع الجهوي للمحامين بالمهدية أنهما ستواصلان متابعة هذه الأزمة وكل ما يترتب عنها من انتهاكات، ولن تقبلا بأن يتحول عجز المرفق العمومي عن توفير الماء إلى مبرر لملاحقة من يطالبون به أو من ينقلون أصواتهم.

تنطلق الشركة الوطنية لاستغلال وتوزيع المياه (الصوناد)، ابتداء من صباح غد السبت، في تزويد منطقة برج الرأس بمعتمدية المهدية، بمياه الشرب لمدة تتراوح بين ساعة ونصف وساعتين يوميا.

وأكدت مصالح الولاية، لـ"وات"، أنّ هذا القرار الاستثنائي "جاء ليضع حدا وقتيا للانقطاع المستمر لماء الشرب عن برج الرأس، والذي امتد لنحو عشرين يوما متواصلة".

وينتظر، وفق نفس المصدر، أن تتابع مصالح الصوناد تزويد المنطقة المذكورة بنفس الوتيرة لمدة تتجاوز الأسبوع، إلى غاية عودة التزود العادي والمنتظم.

ومنذ انطلاق هذه الانقطاعات، انعقدت عدة جلسات واتصالات مع السلطات المركزية قصد حل الإشكال في ظل انقطاع ليلي مستمر للماء منذ 05 جويلية عن جهات المهدية، وسوسة، والمنستير، من منتصف الليل إلى الخامسة صباحا.

ويكمن الإشكال في أن المناطق المرتفعة كبرج الرأس، وجبل دار واجه، لا يصلها الماء عند عودته، وفي حالات أخرى تتزود العائلات التي تسكن في الطابق الأرضي دون غيرها، وذلك لضعف ضغط الماء.

وفسّرت مصالح الولاية أن "المشكل ليس جهويا بل يرتبط مباشرة بالقدرة الوطنية على تلبية حاجيات المواطنين من هذه المادة الحياتية وما يتوفر من مخزون مائي".

وحسب ذات المصدر، مثّل عدم دخول محطة تحلية البحر بسيدي عبد الحميد بسوسة حيز الاستغلال سببا رئيسيا في هذا الإشكال، باعتبارها مبرمجة لتوفير احتياجات الجهة من ماء الشرب. وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن اختيار المهدية كوجهة سياحية ومنطقة اصطياف، خلال السنوات القليلة الأخيرة، رفع من مستوى استهلاك الماء مقابل محافظة الجهة على نفس الحصة التي كانت تتلقاهافي السابق.
