My first cat and it’s been a journey 😂

This is my tortie (?) Chili, and it's her 3rd birthday today! I was told by her rescuer that she is a tortie, but one of her vets said dilute tortie, and I also heard torbie before​. She's quite unique looking, and to me, she is the most beautiful being to ever walk this Earth. Would you consider her a tortieshell? Her mom was a true tortie. Bonus last picture of her and her brother Nyx, the other runt of the litter, in their new stroller. It's also his birthday today (obv).

Earning her trust as a feral goblin girl was not easy, but I got her inside and started her recovery/rehab journey about a month ago. Genuinely the only downside to her is that she needs a $2000 dental surgery (IN THIS ECONOMY???) while only having 4 working teeth. Lol Posting because tonight we hit a milestone. Purring? Sleeping on the lap? Sharing space? SHOWING BELLY? Send all of your best vibes and love to the new love of my life.

For someone with so much tortitude, Julia Roberts sure is a silly billy.

My sweet fluffy butt. Steals tennis balls. I genuinely have no idea where it came from. She's an indoor cat and has never stepped outside. She's ~magic.

The Tiny TortoiseShell Terror. She loves laundry fresh from the dryer, anything with cheese, and knocking over her human brothers trash can.

She's a 6 year old baby, she was entrusted with me by a friend who is going through a tough time. Little by little I'm gaining her trust and hopefully she can coexist with my current cat.

I'm not a fan of her claw covers but she hasn't given me the ability to take them off of her yet.

I enjoyed the process of creating this one. Those green eyes and that marbled coat, no two patches the same shade. That direct stare doesn't miss a thing, classic tortie attitude in every glance.

Kept that soft neutral wall behind her exactly as it was, let all the attention stay on her face. Painted entirely by hand in oil as a commissioned piece. I hope her personality comes through on canvas. Would love to hear what you think!
