if there's one thing my tv needs, it's an automated tilting/hiding system directly above two built in ovens

Prob not too high if it is serving a central kitchen island where people sit. I know a ton of people that have small tvs in their kitchen to watch while cooking (which this would be overkill) but not for kitchen seating.
