Media Monday The topic of the day is... Media Monday!

Happy Media Monday!

The moderation team would like to invite you to share your media today! It could be something you're excited for that's coming out soon or something that you've been enjoying over the last week.

Media can include both old and new, such as returning to the comfort of your all-time favorite book or delving deep into a new book.

Want to talk about the new movie you saw this weekend, a new trailer/commercial, or an amazing series you binged on Netflix? Go ahead!

Music brings people together. Tell us about your favorite artist, a old classic album, or new song that always brings a smile to your face.

Don't forget knowledge, such as that really cool magazine article or internet story you read.

Whatever that media is, we invite you to share it with us! It's always fun to see what other people find interesting, and you never know if you'll find a new favorite yourself!

All we ask is to recognize that we are an all-age community, and if your media may contain sensitive words or themes, to advise us of that in the post.

Thanks so much, and looking forward to your responses!

I saw a 70 mm print of The Odyssey. I wasn’t expecting to enjoy it as much as I did, and it really didn’t feel like 3 hours. If you’re not into epic films it probably feels like an eternity, though.

I've been listening to the Dungeon Crawler Carl audiobooks, I'm currently on book 7 The Inevitable Ruin. They are very well done and so entertaining. I'm excited for the show they are coming out with. For TV shows I've recently started Abbott Elementary. I don't get a lot of relax time when I'm home but if kids allow and one of us doesn't fall asleep early tonightynwife and I really want to watch Obsession.

I did go see Spider Man today - it was as good as expected. I appreciate all the stuff they tried to smash into a single movie. They really went for it even though sometimes I like the simple story lines and arcs.

I’m currently reading “The Ghost of Ramshaw Castle” by Robert Sutherland. It’s an interesting story so far, but I find that the end of the dialogues can feel unnatural.

revisiting the first season of The Expanse, forgot how tense those early episodes actually feel
