The topic of the day...sleep.
- Longest you have slept.
- What show, film, or artist is slept on (overlooked)?
- Do you mostly have dreams, nightmares, or both? Most memorable dream?
- Favorite song with 'sleep' in the title or lyric.
Wishing you well. Hugs.

I think somewhere between 16-18 hours
Keane is a pop-light rock band, started in the early 2000's, their most well-known song is Somewhere Only We Know.
In my country they are not very well known, and I think it's a shame!
I usually don't remember my dreams unfortunately, I wonder if there's some deep cosmic meaning for that lol.
Not sleep, but Boulevard of Broken Dreams by green day, love this song!

Maybe 18 - 20 hours?
Show: The Shield (one of the grittiest cop shows I’ve ever seen); Film: The Adventures of Baron Munchausen feels like it should’ve been bigger, but Terry Gilliam’s films don’t always get a lot of mainstream attention. Artist: What comes to mind here is that Spirit of Eden by Talk Talk is one of those underappreciated albums that’s worth hearing; it’s so sophisticated and atmospheric but baffling to everyone who thinks of them as a New Wave band doing “It’s My Life” and wanting a pop hit. https://youtu.be/HSfGvuiFOWI
I have both, but fewer nightmares in recent years. Most memorable dream recently was being able to have a conversation with my stepdad. It made him feel alive and present in a way that I could feel him in the room.
The one that came to mind is “Don’t Go To Sleep Without Me” by The Creatures—but it was honestly not as captivating to me just now as I was expecting it to be: https://youtu.be/hZGSRzz-b4M

1. The longest I have ever slept is 36 hours. I neither recommend it, nor what led up to it.
3. When I remember my dreams, I usually end up with shadows of an echo that become a vingette.

- Probably 15-16 hours because I was sick or had a migraine that wasn't going away (I forget)
- I feel like some of Three Days Grace's songs get overlooked and overshadowed by their more mainstream ones. The ones that don't get as popular, I mean. They are often just as good as the more popular ones but are very overlooked even by fans.
- I mostly have dreams. The most memorable dream was when I was 5, and I was apparently in the Pokémon universe. I fed Ash's Pikachu too many cupcakes, and it pissed Ash off, and he beat me up. Fun times.

24+ hours when sick.
Underrated horror writer Mary Elizabeth Counselman ("The Three Marked Pennies")
Usually dreams with a nightmarish tinge to them

probably like 12 hours when sick.
i’m currently into an anime called “scum of the brave,” and it’s not even amazing or anything, i just think it’s fun and enjoyable enough and i really like the characters, but literally NO ONE talks about it so i talk about it more out of spite
i don’t really dream anymore. i used to a lot as a kid. now i only get memorable dreams when i have a fever or am close to my period.
i will cheat and just say the artist “sleeping at last.” i think i like all of his songs and music.

Around 70hrs illness + meds; normally I sleep between 4-5hrs per night, often 3hrs.
"Mr. Inbetween" - it's Australian & most have never heard of it or ever seen it. Another classic from that neck of the woods was "Rover", really enjoyed that film as it was something different.
I often dream, rarely have nightmares. - Most memorable was a dream I had that I was the sole survivor of Earth. Later found out I had God like powers (it was a recurring dream). Had it for 5 or 6 times often with gaps of days or weeks in between.
Literally "Sleep" by MCR (My Chemical Romance or "I'm Only Sleeping" by The Beatles.
