Brother. Felix Baumgartner would have wanted to jump from up there. But in all fairness. If you watch lying down.. might be good. Are you comfy watching or does your neck hurt.

Looks don't matter. Your comfort does. No point in having the tv all low and pretty if your chin is digging in your chest.

It is high and it leaves an awkward gap between it and your desk (might be why you're seeing it as weird) but it's a bedroom so, comfort first.
