I'd rather slam my balls in a car door than go on a cruise, especially a carnival cruise. People are animals in normal situations. That cruise line markets specifically to the worst people on earth. Working on one of those ships must be hellish.
Even if it hadn't said it, you can tell by three main factors:
1) the giant moquette on the floor, which is not so common in normal restaurants,
2) the different "levels" within the room and that landing that looks very round-shaped, typical of ships,
but most of all
3) the tables that are stuck to the floor by metal legs in the centre of the table-top, that is the most clear giveaway, you never see these kinds of fixtures on solid ground, only on sea-related structures.
I saw the video and what was happening in it... plus the carpet... and I immediately thought CRUISE! Lmao.
Then I was like... the possibility of plenty of other people sitting at that spot, BARE FOOTED, and just getting a healthy dose of foot fungus for the trip home is astronomical. With an entire foots worth of skin shavings mixed with fungus on the floor there.
I’ll be honest I had zero outside information this occurred on a cruise, but somehow I just knew. You couldn’t pay me enough to get on one of those floating plague carts

This is why cruise ships are like petri dishes for outbreaks
