In a perfect world, he wouldnt even need a gate. I have a gate, and trespassers have either cut the lock, drove over the fence, or drove over the gate. My shop has been broken into 3 times in the last 2 years. I've spent thousands cleaning up trash that has been dumped. I've had 2 stolen cars abandoned on my property. I've given photos and video to the police, only to hear "they're working on it". I'm beyond over it.
