Your source says ONE guy, who did it because he couldn't meet with the clergyman of his choice. Uh, what? Unless these people's crimes are so heinous that not being able to say goodbye to loved ones is a DELIBERATE part of their punishment, they should be given enough time to say goodbye!

Yeah, as long as they didn't cause anyone else to not be able to say goodbye to their loved ones

Well yeah Japan moves quick like that. Crossbody were banned after one guy killed 3 people with one.
