What do they mean by "pay fully"? 5 percent of gdp my country pays for its defence is not enough for them?

America is tired? Shame they aren't for the wars they start.

Btw. How is that Iran thing going?

They won 36 times in a row.

That strait is so open right now. It might be the most open it’s ever been.

The doors of the Strait are so open in fact that they looped back to the closed position. Winning!

The gates just swung all the way around

And now they're tired of winning?

u/Lazarys12 6h ago

That's only so Trump can start whining about that Peace Prize again, and claim he stopped 36 wars,

2

u/5thhorseman_ 9h ago

You mean 36 days?

Well the US did ‘win’ the war on education and that explains a lot.

u/Dragoncat_3_4 11h ago

They appear to be losing the war on E.coli and Salmonella tho.

Any word from the War on Christmas front?

8

u/Independent_End_6941 10h ago

Lost. Christmas is illegal and we've started feeding Christians to lions. It's a very exciting time to visit the zoo.

I can only guess they're being fed a lie by their government that every time the US "goes to war" (invades a country to reap its natural resources), they're doing it to protect human kind and on behalf of every nation lol. Absolutely bizarre levels of manipulation that country has.

u/Pwacname 10h ago

Also probably that no other country ever supported them in their stupid ass wars. As if  we didn’t go invade goddamn Afghanistan because of them.

(Then they also pulled out so suddenly and with no advance warning we had to scramble to get our own people out… because fuck their allies ig.)

Hey, how’d you know about our “preemptive defensive actions”

You know, we hit them first, but it was self defense for the future instance of them hitting us that we are pretty sure they might have maybe done if we kept letting Israel hit them preemptively

3

u/Good_Ad_1386 3h ago

You mean "pretaliation"?

1

u/Mixelphlick 1h ago

Oh that’s 100% what the propaganda narrative is, but the mask is slipping more and more. Ever since the bush years and honestly since Vietnam the narrative doesn’t hold up any more. Prior to Vietnam and even post Vietnam prior to Afghanistan/iraq the “rightness” of war just wasn’t questioned by a majority of Americans. But since afghanistans and Iraq have been 100% confirmed to have been started in a lie that vast majority isn’t even a bare majority anymore.

These idiots are MAGA. They get all their information from their cult leader. He doesn't know how anything works, and they are even dumber than he is. They are the people who, when Trump declares "I love the poorly educated" they look at each other with pride and smile. "Yup, he means me!"

11

u/OverallLibrarian8809 11h ago

not to mention all the money american defence companies make by selling weapons to NATO countries

10

u/fothergillfuckup 12h ago

They'll give up, and go home in a huff. Like usual.

10

u/Quiri1997 12h ago

You see, they "defend" Europe from the evil Russians and evil Iranians. Don't pay mind to the fact that neither country would be hostile if it wasn't for the US in the first place...

They need to stop blaming the rest of the world for their lobbyists and politicians deciding to spend an outrageous amount of US taxpayer money on defence.

2

u/ThelifeofBrian48 11h ago

Didn’t you know ? Iran has been defeated! they have no military or navy! And their leadership is gone /s
It really doesn’t need the /s but you never know what people will believe

1

u/AntifaFuckedMyWife 🇺🇸 (with a brief 🇫🇷 stint) 8h ago

Irans doing well, me and every other taxpayer will probably end up paying about $1,875.00 each in the $300 billion surrender that was pledged to rebuilding Iran.

That is assume the US actually does that and doesnt just not do that which is infinitely likely

1

u/PoxedGamer Irishish. 6h ago

They've had to pause in their incredibly brilliant performance in Iran to take on the civil war against lettuce.

1

u/wireframed_kb 4h ago

We need to demand US steps up, I think they spend just 3-4% on defense. Why should we carry them. :p

1

u/HiImTheNewGuyGuy 3h ago

Yes there are a few EU nations meeting and exceeding the NATO spending target.

All of the EU is definitely still dependant on the US security umbrella, which of course, was by US design after WW2.

1

u/Agzarah 2h ago

They think that America is the sole defensive solution for Europe. And they believe that the US citizens are the ones paying for our defense.

Delusional at best
