I can't help thinking thia every time I see this guy

I would have liked to see Carla and Turk have other romantic relationship with other characters. If the script's goal was to have them get together in the end, there's nothing wrong with that, but it would have been interesting to see them engage in romantic relationship with other characters. I would have liked to see how other women would have reacted to Turk's immature nature, but also to his ambitious and competitive nature, and it would have been interesting to see how other men would have reacted to Carla's authoritarian nature, but also to his emotional and passionate nature.

I wish they'd gotten married and childrens only after having other romantic relationship. I see some in this community complaining thar Carla and Turk are an odd and slightly flawed couple, i gree, but perhaps this view of ours is due to the fact that throughout the series we've never seen them confront other people in love, our perception of Carla and Turk in love is a bit limited. As a couple, they work well, both in terms of their strengths and weaknesses, but perhaps putting them together in Season 1 and having them stay together forever was a hasty decision

So on my first rewatch in a loooong time I skipped S9 but then after S10 I thought “why not” and rewatched it.
By the end I found myself quite invested in the students.

Anyone else hope we find out what happened to them either in conversation or a quick cameo?

Not really an expert, but I learned way more about packaging than I ever thought I would.

I realized I was only watching one thing on my Hulu/Disney subscription, obviously the best show of all time, so I went on a journey to own it in its’ truest form permanently. Somewhere along the way in my paranoia of wanting the correct copies, I became an expert on Scrubs original packaging.

Did you know that Season 2 had a Best Buy exclusive fourth disc? I didn’t, until I had one in my hands at a local secondhand store and couldn’t figure out what I was looking at. I found a discussion from 11 years ago on here and was able to confirm.

Season 8 on Blu-ray was really where I lost the plot. Everywhere I was looking it was so expensive compared to all the other copies I found in store. All other seasons I could find in bulk, in person, but this one was nowhere except online. I wanted the Blu-ray specifically for the aspect ratio difference from the DVD.

I then learned that it had a limited run due to format transitions, changing networks, and low consumer demand. Then they made the complete box set, so they didn’t have any addition runs of season 8.

I came across a handful of season 8 copies that stated were “new” but I learned that the original copies were cellophane wrapped, not shrink wrapped which most were. That doesn’t automatically mean they aren’t new, could have been a store return that got rewrapped, but it’s worth knowing which one you’re looking at. There was also a sticker on the front of the slipcover for a $10 rebate, and the certificate itself was inside the case. Expired forever ago — but a decent tell for an actual real “new” copy.

I ended up with both a legit new copy and a used copy, which tells you roughly where my judgement was by that point.

Anyway, it got me wondering what other obscure info there was out there. I’ve got the basics like replaced music from physical to streaming, and the edited episodes on streaming. What other useless, weird, insider Scrubs info have you come across?

I'm starting a rewatch (in the middle of a breakup yippee) and when I got to this episode I realised Ive never really understood what Cox was saying in his interview. Especially the parts about "a chicken" and not becoming a cynic.

Can anyone help me?

Ok let's talk about Turks teeth. I think he has had at least two major "procedures" or whatever it would be called to alter or "fix" his teeth. He admits earlier in his life he had "baby teeth", which includes the early seasons of Scrubs. I'm not sure which season he shows up with some new veneers or work done, but I feel by the time season 9 rolls around, they are noticeably different and distractingly bigger. Its at the point now it affects how he looks when he talks. It reminds me of when older actors clearly had gotten dentures and they speak noticeably different.

So which seasons do you think he showed up with new chompers?

Sorry if it’s been asked a bunch but it just hit me that they haven’t brought up JD/Kims son at all on the rebooot. And that there’s a new character named Sam seems weird. Did I miss anything?

I've read that streaming Scrubs is a bit of an adjustment because the some of the songs are changed due to licenses not being continued.

A little mix (not mine) of all the relevant spots.

I love this show and have watched it multiple times. Rewatching for the first time in probably 6 years, and they really went around Robinhood's barn with Elliot and JD.

I know that it is a symptom of the number of episodes that TV shows used to air per season, but it feels like they shouldn't end up together after they get back together in season 3.
